Recommend a good DVD Disc Cleaner.
 

I am looking for a good cleaner for my Samsung dvd recorder. Sometimes the discs will freeze up. Sometimes they will get stuck in the player. Sometimes they won't read at all and I will get a message that the disc can not be played. And sometimes the discs that give me trouble play just fine.

I am sorry to say that you can buy just about any brush type cleaner but it sounds more like the drive motor/head alignment may be the problem.
