My Oppo DV-981HD is no longer region hackable
 

A while back I upgraded my Oppo DV-981HD's firmware to the current version. I didn't realize it until recently, but the firmware upgrade seems to have reverted the player to Region 1, and I can no longer access the hidden menu that allows the region to be changed.

Has anyone else noticed this? I'm going to try to revert to the previous firmware version that is still available for download on Oppo's Web site, but I'd like to know if anyone else has been experiencing problems.
