question about how much air vent space
ok how much space should i give my Receiver for air.. the rca i got says 5inchs on each side and top. and not to sit any dvd player on top or underneath the unit...there are vents on top of the unit and the sides. but i think 5inchs is way to much.. could it be more like a inch of space all around... or do what it says. cause i noticed allot of folks have there stuff in nice entertainment centers and there is less then a inch of space all around the unit and on top.....
what do you all recommend...
thanks yes i have loads of questions but i am learning....

As long as you have clearance around the receiver and nothing is blocked, you should be fine. Your receiver needs the most air, so more space is better than none.
