What portable DVD player will invert external signal?

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to mount a large 10" or better LCD screen upside down in front of my treadmill. I'm looking for a DVD portable player that can output to this external screen and more importantly, invert the picture so that the picture will display correctly on the upside down video monitor..can anyone recommend a player that will do this?

Thanks and Happy Holidays!

No info on this, but I have to ask, why upside down/inverted?

The monitor will be mounted upside side over the treadmill. If I have a non-inverted signal, the picture will be upside down.

I understand why inverted if it will be upside down, what I don't understand is why is it going to be mounted upside down?

I'm also curious about that. My only guess is that's the only way it will fit there. Or something like that.

I have no way to support it at eye level where it is located. I either mount it upside from the ceiling or build a stand. I guess I could build a stand..

First, I don't know that I would call a 10-inch screen "large." Second, it'd probably be a whole lot easier to find a mounting bracket that allows you to rotate the TV to the correct orientation than it would be to find a player that inverts the image.

Here's a start, with plenty more examples on the page: http://www.amazon.com/monitor-Plasma.../dp/B000IG7PXG

If the screen has a VESA mount, it can be upside down, sideways, or whatever. Let alone whatever twisting a mount can do, as Salty pointed out. Shouldn't have to invert it. And I very much doubt you will find any player that can invert the signal, short of a computer. The screen/TV would have to do that.
