Any good deals on a up-converting DVD player?

I am looking for a decent up-converting DVD player for my second TV. Right now on my main TV I am running a Oppo DV-981HD a PS3 for Blu-Ray and a 360 Add on Hd via HDMI. My Tv's are both Mitsubishi WD-57731. I got the second one at a great price from Costco so I had to grab it. But it is just for the bedroom and I am just looking for a good priced DVD player until a 1080P HD player is at a good price. I saw a Element DVD player Model #: ELE EDVD1080P for $40.00 at CC. I never heard of Element before. Anyone have any info on them? Or know any good deals going on? Thanks, Ron

Never heard of it, but for $40 I would consider it a throw away DVD player. If it works decently for a year or longer, you got your money out if it (Considering that the player costs roughly the price of 2 DVD's). My pops just bought a Toshiba SD player that upconverts to 1080 P. I think he paid around $80 for it. He has been very happy with it.

Myself, I would buy a better "well known" player and just spend the money one time rather than buying something that I have never heard of.
