DVD Play back problem

I have 2 DVD players, now each of them plays certain DVD with sound but no Voices..

Some DVD ok others not.. before both worked fine, but after moving house they stopped, the set up is exactly as before... any ideas??

Playing through a receiver and surround speakers? sounds like perhaps some faulty speaker wiring, or maybe just not pushed all the way into the speaker?
