Question about DVI to HDMI on my HDTV

I have an HDTV that outputs 1080i over a DVI connection. My home theater receiver also connects through the DVI connection with audio coming from optical for the XBOX 360 and digital coax for the DVD player. I want to pickup the Toshiba HD-A2. I know it runs 1080i over an HDMI connection. I figure I can use a DVI to HDMI converter cable for the video, but how do I send the audio/video if with HDMI it is all in one and DVI had them separated?
Thanks!

that was a tough question to read.

dvi-hdmi will only allow the video signal to be sent. you then must use a digital audio cable, coax or tos-link, to send audio.
