Does anyone know the difference between these two model numbers?

I'm planning on buying a 32" Sharp Aquos LCD, but they have multiple model numbers and I haven't had any luck finding out what the differences are (if any).

LC32D40U
LC32D50U

One is black and one is gray, but other than that all the specs look the same, except for the addition of a DVI connector on the 50. Could that really be the only difference? There's about a $200 price difference between the two, which is confusing me. Thanks!

So basically, not really worth an extra two hundred bucks. Thanks!
