Looking for a new 19" TV

So this may not be the exact right forum, and I'm being somewhat lazy, but I'm looking for a new TV for my grandmother as a Christmas gift. Her old TV is pretty ancient and has its problems. She claims not to want a new one, and I'm sure she'd hate something fancy/expensive, but I'm also sure there's something respectible out there that she could benefit from (and wouldn't complain too much about). So I'm looking for any suggestions, no real requirements other than to keep the size at around 19". Thank you!

Best Buy's Insignia line seems to get decent reviews. Might be a good choice for the situation. Looks like a 20" is under $100.

I was wondering about Insignia myself. I wanted to get my girlfriend an LCD for Christmas because space is an issue, but I didn't want to break the bank. I was looking at 500 or so, and with Insignia I believe I could even get HD or at least 480p at that size.
