Stupid Newbie HDTV Question

Do most HDTVs come with an HDMI cable? The prices on those seem to be outrageous ($100+).

Not really sure if they come with TVs. But try looking at them at monoprice.com and see if it helps. Also, green tea is good.

Yup, should work fine. I've never heard of a TV including an HDMI cable.

Not a stupid question but it points to the entire industry's lack of attention to detail and their complete disdain for the average consumer.

To answer the question, no, usually a tv does not come with a cable. A peripheral such as a dvd player should (but not always).

You could save even more by getting the 28AWG version in this length. You shouldn't need to go to the thicker 24AWG until you need a 15' or longer.

I just picked up a Panny LCD at Costco that included an HDMI cable.
