Bottom 1/8th of HD LCD Screen Gets Jittery watching Fullscreen

In my room I have a 26" Sharp HD LCD TV (THIS ONE). I am using a Toshiba RS-TX20 TiVo® Series2™ 120GB DVR/Progressive-Scan DVD-R/-RW Recorder Combo to play dvds and watch tv through progressive output.

The problem I've been noticing lately is that when I play a full screen dvd presentation, sometimes the bottom 1/8th or so of the screen becomes really jittery and unstable. I've noticed this with tv on dvd episodes such as Eerie Indiana or dvd special features or documentaries, such as the National Geographic: Beyond the Fellowship of the Rings.

I never notice this while watching regular satellite television, tivo-recorded programs, HDTV satellite programs, video games or widescreen dvd presentations.

Any thoughts on the problem? Thanks.
