Help!!! Harmon Kardon dvd22

My Harmon Kardon dvd22 is frozen, it wont do anything but turn on it is like it has been child locked. Is there child lock? It is hooked to my harmon kardon avr 130. everything else works but when you switch to dvd the panel on avr says unlock, what does this mean???
