37" LCD Under $2500...Suggestions?

Figured I'd ask the assembled experts for their ideas. I'm looking to finally make the move from my 10 year old 36" tv to HDTV. I get a lot of natural light coming into my living room so I thought an LCD would be better than a plasma.

I've got DirecTV so I know I'll be having to pick up a new HD DirecTV receiver and dish.

I'd like to keep the budget around $2500. I was looking at the Phillips 37PF7320A and the LG DU37LZ30, but I'm open to any suggestions.

Besides the DirecTV, I've got a media center PC that would be on a second input, so computer connections would be a good plus, although right now I've got the PC running out on an s-video connection.

Help would be appreciated. TIA.

i suggest you take a look at the vizio 37" (costco). i did alot of research on 37"s lcds and after looking at its specs, it's the best bang for the buck. i bought the vizio.

The Spectre 37" 1080p (input capable at least) LCD is at costco for $1700. You won't do better than that. Can't speak towards the Vizio LCD but they make real nice Plasmas.
