Panny DMR EH50 Problem

Well, it's only been a few months since I last logged on here with previous problems with my other panny. Now when I play stuff that I recorded my panny makes loud clicking sounds and then the picture freezes. Anyone else have a problem like this? This is my 3rd panny and 1st problem like this.

Well I took the cover off and it has a Maxtor Diamond 10 Model:6L100P0. Anyone ever replace their hard drive on a panny before?

Here's the gist of the situation. I have owned this for 2 months and now the hard drive is bad. There is no one local I can take it to for the warranty. Defragging did not help. I'm screwed. Thanks Panasonic.

Call their tech support since you don't have a nearby shop.
