Cataloging a large capacity player

I just picked up one of the Sony 400 DVD capacity players and I'm trying to figure out the best way to maintain a catalog of what's in there. I figure a spreadsheet might work best but I wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas, or "tricks" they are using to do this.

Set up a folder in your favorite catalog program. If you're just looking for a list to keep next to your HT, Excel can be pretty useful.

DVD Profiler, that is what I use. One of their reports has over a dozen listings on one page. I modified it a little so I can input a number next to each one.
