the Denon 2910 is a great unit. Extremely solid build quality, SACD/DVD-A, and every possible output you could imagine (composite, s-vid, component, DVI, and HDMI). Video quality is top-notch. It also upscales to 720p or 1080i. Retail is $700. I bought mine at Tweeter and didn't get a discount, not sure if other places are more generous.

I'd have to agree. Except for the "extremely solid build", more like "very good". The Pioneer Elites in this range are also excellent on audio (maybe better) and very good on video and build.
