Help! Lost my Denon AC Power Cord

How easy is it to replace this? It is for my AVR-4802 Receiver. Lost in the process of moving. Radio Shack has a similar one that they disuaded me on, saying I need more power/thicker cable. Best Buy only had an AudioQuest NRG-2 for $175. Is there a difference to look for? Do I need to look at Amperage/Volts? Thanks in advance.

Uh, get a decent power cable for a computer monitor that is rated to 13 amps or higher. Check the back of the 4802 to make sure what I said matches, it will probably say between 8-10 amps. If it's too close to 13, go with a 15 amp cord. Probably could get one from your IT department for free.

I just had my DVDp in the shop. They thought I had brought my power cord with (which I hadn't), so they gave me one back. I told them it wasn't mine when I picked up the player, they said, "whatever, now you have a spare".

Heh, a very popular computer store here has a pile of power cords for 99 cents each. I actually needed one and they just gave it to me for free.
