problems playing some dvdS ON MY Philips DVDR3300H
 

Hi,
I recently purchased the philips recordable dvd player with a harddrive.
Unfortunately I see that only some DVD's will play correctly.
Some DVD's play fine, and then start to stutter and a blue screen appears (A bit like the distortion you would get dodgy reception on the TV)

I tried the same DVDs on a 45euro player and they work fine.


I can't get any support on this from philips, and the shop is useless..

Could the player be faulty or is it just a dodgy restrictive player??

If you cannot get a dvd to play through correctly there is something wrong with the player.
