Maybe time for a new player(s) (high capacity and regionless [recorder])

Currently I have a 5 DVD changer and it's nice but w/ a collection 20x that it involves a lot of finding/swapping Similarly I've been wanting to go regionless for awhile (although I have a regionless portable it doesn't do 5.1 or DTS). If I can find these in 1 box that would be great but if I can't I guess I'll end up w/ two machines.

So does anyone have the Sony 400DVD changer (DVPCX995V)? Do you like it? Hate it? Any problems or thoughts about it either way?

Also any recommendations on a regionless? It doesn't necessarily have to be a recorder but I figure if I can get that in there too I might hold off on this until I can build my PVR though... I'm just waiting for PC/HDTV cards to come back on the market (they all disappeared for awhile for some reason).
