Quake1028

I'm looking to spend under $60 if possible. I know I am not going to get the best quality, but I can live with that. I live in an apartment, and these will only be used to view dvd's at night after my gf goes to bed. My couch is only about 7 feet from the tv, and I have a direct line of site. I do use a cordless phone, but not that often. Any other relevant info I missed? Here are the ones I am looking at:

Radio Shack (only $19.99)

Anyone have any opinions on these two? Or any others in that price range?

I have a few IR1000 headphones from Unwired Technology that I like. My ears start to hurt after wearing them for a long time, and there is slight static sometimes, but neither is a big deal to me.
