Hyundai 32-inch Widescreen HD-Ready LCD TV, Any good..?

Ok.. i found this TV at walmart.com and it a Hyundai 32-inch Widescreen HD-Ready LCD TV.. I was comparing the specs to other tvs the same size,LCD,widescreen, etc.. and i found that this tv is the same if not a little better in some areas, and its 1,000-2,000 cheaper than some i have seen.. is this a good deal and is this a good brand to look into..?

This Hyundai 32" LCD is $1199 after rebate and has a 1000:1 contrast ratio vs 500:1 on the walmart model.

Just beware that apparently there's no DVI or HDMI input on that set.
