HDTV Suggestions ($2000)
 

Ok I need some suggestions on what would be best for about a $2500 CAD (2000 US) budget.

Ideally I would like to get into DLP or LCD but looking at the prices I don't know if it's possible to get anything quality for that price if anything at all. Projectors are out of the question.

This will be primarily used for watching cable , regular cable at first and a HD signal in the future. As well as DVD's.

I don't really like rear projection HDTV's all that much but for the price I guess I'm stuck between that and a smaller CRT HDTV set.

So in my position , without any more then $2000 US what would you go for? Picture Quality & 480p/720p/1080i support as well as biggest screen size possible are basically what I want.
