Samsung Dvdl1200-Any Opinions?

I was thinking of purchasing a Samsung DVDL1200 portable dvd player and was wondering if anyone had one who could share their opinion (pros & cons) about it...

I have the 10" L100, and have been very happy with it. Only serious criticisms (and you might want to check this on the 1200) is that it won't display non-anamorphic material (4:3 TV, non 16:9 letterbox movies) properly, and the standard battery life is too short (2 to 2.5 hours). I picked up an extended life battery for my l100 on ebay, and I just don't watch 4:3 material on the player.

Amazon.com has several reviews, you might want to check them out as quite a few of them seem to have reservations about picture quality.

Yep, I had the Samsung L100 as well and the big issue was that it would automatically stretch non-anamorphic to fill the screen and there was no way to disable it. This was corrected on the L200 model which I upgraded to as well as other improvements, so I would hope these fixes would apply to the new 12" model. As far as I'm concerned nothing can beat the Sammy's picture quality and design, which is why I decided to stick with them. But, yeah battery life blows on the 10" (I bought extra batteries, I've seen Blade's uber-battery. It's huge ), so I wonder how they address the problem with a screen that's 2" bigger.
