Help!! How do I hook up a TV and my receiver (in another room) to the same speakers??
 

A friend of mine is purchasing a home theater system and he asked me for my help (because he mistakenly believes that I know what I'm talking about). He's going to have his theater setup in one room (Room1), and he wants to mount two ceiling speakers in the adjacent room (Room2). However, he has another TV in Room2 and he wants the ceiling speakers to be able to play from the receiver in Room1 and the TV in Room2. He has already run speaker wire from the receiver in Room1 to Room2.

Would some type of in wall AB selector work? The only thing that I've seen looks like it takes in 2 sets of speaker wire and has output for one set of speaker wire. Since his TV in Room2 only has RCA out, how can I hook up the TV to this type of switch? If I can't, what should I use?

I'm not sure if I completely understand the setup, but I know Denon makes a 2 zone receiver with multiple outputs so it can play one "input" on 1 set and another on the other, or one input on both speakers, etc. etc...

I have one receiver piping audio to my living room, and the outside patio in-wall speakers...
