VCD Help

I just bought a new DVD player, the Toshiba SD4900, and burned a VCD of an mpeg file. However, the mpeg plays upside down when I play it on the TV...any ideas? Sorry if this should be in the hardware forum...

You sure you didn't put your TV upside down?

On a more serious note, I don't have any idea why that happens.
