Anybody familiar with this Sharp DVD player?

I went to Good Guys and found this Sharp DVD player DV-S2U with the Faroudja chip for less than $70.00. Click http://www.sharpusa.com/products/Mod...58,830,00.html
I'd like to know if this model is worth getting and how reliable is sharp brand.
