dvd Problem please help.
 

Okay first of all I have a X1. Well I have a samsung dvd player. Something about that dvd player isnt agreeing with the x1 and it distributing lots of vertical grey tranparent bars on darkscenes. I plugged my Toshiba player in and it got rid of the bars totally but the picture is a bit grainy for me. So I need a new dvd player. Can someone please recommend a great dvd player for around 100 dollars. I dont need progressive scan because I use S-video. Heres what it has to do.

1.Look great in s-video
2.Play Pal discs. That doesnt mean other region discs. It just means if I put a region free disc in there it would play the pal disc. My samsung does this. 3.And all I have to do is region free my dvd to dvdr and I can play it in there. If you can make this player region free thats even better. save me trouble.
4.Must play DVD+R discs.

all 4 of things have to be a must. Can someone please help me pick one out? Last thing, if you know where to get this dvd player you recommend at a actual store that would be a big help also. Thanks bp
