DirecTivo Program Guide Question
 

I just upgraded from a Series 1 Tivo to a DirecTivo, but am not so happy with the program guide. With the series 1, I liked how the guide showed you everything thats on now, but if you moved to the right, it told you everything that would be on a certain channel...

Now, with DTivo, it just shows me the next 3 half hour slots... and its really hard to browse forward on a given channel in any kind of usable way... am I missing something or am I just out of luck?

I have the series 2 DirecTivo. It supports two different types of guides, a grid guide and a list guide. It sounds like you have the grid and want the list.

Press the INFO key when viewing the guide to get to the options page and change the guide type there. Hopefully, that's what you want.

What he said. You have what is called the "DirecTV Grid" active. You want the "Tivo Live Guide".
