Help with DVD! Region 0 Discs

Sorry about the following silly question. Do Region 0 Discs Work on R1 Players?

I saw a Region 0 Night Of The Demons for sale online.

Yes, R0 discs should work on any player. It is the region manufacturers use if they don't want to restrict playback.

Correction: A region 0 disc should work on an American DVD player so long as the disc is in NTSC format. Region 0 PAL discs will not work in a Region 1 DVD player.
