Extended warranty on Samsung HDTV.
Do i have the option of buying an extended warranty from Samsung before the standard one expires? Or can i only purchase it at the time of sale?

That's a good question. I know that on the Samsung portable DVD player and 50" DLP set I just bought, you could fill out the warranty card (or do it online) and get a three month extension on the factory warranty from them.
