S-video to component adapter?
I am planning on getting the 20" Sony WEGA TV for my bedroom and I have a portable Sony DVD player that only has s-video and composite outputs. The WEGA only has component and composite inputs. I really don't want to use the composite from the DVD player. Does anyone know of any S-video to component adapters out there, if such a thing even exists?

If it's only got composite and component inputs, I'd look at another TV set. I'm shocked there are no S-Video inputs.
If you really must get this set, you could buy a DVD player these days with component outs for cheaper than an S-Vid to component adapter, because were talking about a video processor here (not to mention I couldn't track down such a beast anyway).
What is the Wega model number?

I know, it is very surprising that Sony would make a TV with component inputs but not S-video. As far as getting a new player, that is out of the question since I just got this player in September as a birthday present from my wife. It too is a Sony, and I aslo find it interesting that it doesn't have component outs.
The TV is the KV20FS100.
