Whats the best RCA to VGA adapter?
Just like the title says Whats the best RCA to VGA adapter? I need one to connect my dvd to my monitor. thanks

I'm guessing you mean YPbPr component to VGA transcoder. If so, the key digital is the best, followed by the audio authority model.
|
Huh? Can you restate that in English.

Your DVD player should have three different video outputs. Composite (RCA) is the worst quality, so using it for your monitor is a bad idea.
S-Video is better. Component (YPbPr) is the best quality, so you should get a Component->VGA converter. gotapex recommends converters from Key Digital and Audio Authority. |
I don't think that's what he's looking for. I'll bet it's a composite to VGA.
RyoHazuki7, do you only have one video connector coming from your player? And then you want to plug it into a computer monitor? Do you have any other types of output from your player? Composite isn't very good. If you only have composite, maybe a video cheesebox will do this. I'll have to look it up. You would probably be better off with a video capture board though. |
I was using my xbox to watch dvds. I could buy an svideo thing for the xbox but what about the audio?
