Sony TVs KV32FS13 vs KV32FS100

My 8 year old 30" Toshiba is gasping its last breaths and I would like to replace it with one of the 32" Wegas. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these two Sony Wega TVs?

They seem to have the same description on Sony's web site. The only difference I can 'see' is the speaker placement. That and the $150 price difference at CC.

Is there anything functionally different between the two? If anyone wants to suggest a comparable but better brand I'm open to suggestions too.

Thanks!

I couldn't find the KV32FS13 on Circuit City's site so I'm not really sure about the differences between the two but I do have a suggestion. For $999 at Best Buy you can get a 32" Samsung HDTV with a flat screen and most of the same features as the Wega.

It's not on CC's web site. I saw it at a CC B&M in NJ. The FS13 is listed at BB.com though it's the same price as the FS100.

Is the FS13 just last year's model?

In an almost side by side comparision, the Wega looked better than the Samsung, at least to me.

Thanks!

I believe the main difference is model years, I could be wrong though.
