HT Hookup For Dummies
 

Okay, when bought my current 5.1 setup, I had some pros come out and install it properly (wiring the equipment and speakers, running speaker wire under the carpet, etc.). I am moving (divorce) into an apartment or condo setting and am faced with having to go through this process all over again. The relationship with the installers ended badly because they tried to add on a bunch of additional cost that I never agreed to up front. Therefore, I am faced trying to find someone else to do it for me (I don't have any friends that have this hobby), or do it myself. I am not that savvy when it comes to wiring electronics and would really prefer to just write a check and save myself a lot of headache. Any resources I might want to seek out to find someone who's knowledgeabe and reputbable? Thanks.
