DirecTV installation question

I am having DirecTV professionally installed at our new house. Unfortunately I will not be there when it happens, my wife will. I want to make sure the installer is able to do the following:

I wired our home before the drywall went up. All the wires are home-run to a space under some stairs at the front of the house(where the dish will be). We will have two receivers for the time being. When the wires enter the house, can they connect to a RG6 Quad shield wire already there with a connector of some sort, or do they have to be a direct run to each receiver? I know when I get the new DirecTivos when they come out that I'll need a multi-switch, but before then, do I have to purchase a seperate piece of hardware?

Thanks

You will be fine. That is as long as you wife tells them where the wires are located. My new home is I-wired. Meaning all rooms are setup for Cable, Sat, Phone, and Networking. They will be installing my Sat. next week and I will make sure the do it correct. I ran all the wires to the place the dish will be installed. This way they cant go wrong.
