PSB alpha center channels questions
 

I am about to purchase a center channel for my current system. Right now I have 2 alpha A/V's for my fronts, the sony SA-WM40 and am planning to get the Onkyo TX-SR500 or Denon AVR-1602 and the 36"VVega. I will probably be using the system for both music playback and movies.

Now that they have the newer alpha center, I have noticed that the newer alpha CLR centers are cheaper in price than the older alpha center.

Should I spend the extra 30.00 or so for the older center? I've read several reviews but none that make a direct comparison between the older and the new.
