Apex AD-800 questions
I am thinking of buying an Apex AD-800 DVD player. I like the fact that it will play basically anything I have, and that it is progressive scan.
What do you all think of this player? It seems to be really inexpensive and I want to make sure it's worth it to buy. May I have some feedback on it?
Thanks!

Pioneer is usually great at supporting all those formats.
Here is the Pioneer DV-440 , prog scan and supports all those formats. Granted it is a little more, but it is going to be a better player. That seems to be the only major brand (Panasonic, Pioneer and Toshiba) that supports all those formats.

I have the Apex 500W player that I got from Wal Mart about a year ago. I'm not happy with it at all. Alot of Apex players work well for a while then they are prone to problems. They made a ton of these players for Wal Mart and apparently did no quality control on them.
My recomendation is to spend the extra $50 and get something else.
