Hi, I have had the amazing Sony D-VM1 DVD Walkman for a while but most of my discs are Region 1, does anyone have a remote hack to enable me to play my beloved Region 1 discs?

I'm at a total loss. The player is PAL/NTSC however can only play Region 2 discs.

Sony players are notoriously difficult to hack.

I'm deperate to sort this out without a hardware modification.
