Please help me picking out a new AV receiver!!

I currently have a sony 555ES receiver and I will be upgrading in the next week or so. This is what I looking at. Yamaha HRT-1200 ($605.00), HRT-2000 ($805.00), Sony STR-DA3ES ($665.00)no PL2, STR-DA5ES ($1005.00), Denon AVR-2802 ($574.00) and finally AVR-3802 ($793.00). Now the only reason I am still looking at the Sony is because I need 5 digital in's. Anybody know where I can find what the back of the Yamaha look like. I tried Yamaha website and nothing. Any help on the above receivers would be great.
Thanks for the help!

How many of the digital in's have to be optical? Many receivers have 5 total. Few have 5 toslinks. Just curious, what 5 of your components have digital out's?

I need there to be 5 toslinks in's. I have the following:

MD Player (Sony MDS-302)
DirecTV Tivo (Sony SAT-T60)
HDTV (RCA P61310)
CD Player (Sony CDP-CX300)
DVD Player (Panasonic RP-91)

Those us all of the 5 toslinks already. I will be adding the Sony SACD soon and I know that doesn't use the toslinks.

Best price I found from a good dealer on the net and the one I looking for is the Yamaha RX-V1200 for $660.00 shipped 3-day select.

Here is what I found:

Denon 2802 & 3802: 4 inputs(3 optical, 1 coax)

Yamaha 1200 & 2200: 6 inputs(4 optical, 2 coax)

Sony STR-DA3ES & STR-DA5ES: 6 inputs(4 optical, 2 coax)

I got most of the info from www.moreaudiovideo.com since they sell all these models!

The Pioneer Elite line they sell shows 5 assignable digital inputs, but doesn't say if they are optical or coax.

Why can't you use the coax digital out from the DVD player instead of optical?

Well thanks for those who helped. I picked up the RX-V1200 at Ultimate Electronics for $619.00 out the door. Decided to pay the extra $20.00 at a B&M store to get the 2 year warranty. I know this one only has 4 toslinks in but I will change me DVD player to use coax. Just have to spend another $50.00 on a cable now.

You can always buy an Optical to Coax converter for like 25 bucks from a place like www.thesoundprofessionals.com I bought one and use it with my PS2 on my Onkyo 494(it's got 2 coax 1 optical. I'm using the optical for my cd changer, coax 1 for DVD, and Coax 2 is running the optical-coax converter that carries the PS2 signal). Works very well and now I can have 5.1 on my PS2 games that support it(NHL 2002 in DTS is very cool).
