Help!!
I've run into a problem, I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this in or not but anyway,
I just finished watching Hannibal and now it won't come out of my player, the tray comes out but the disk stays in. I can still watch the movie when I shut the tray but it won't come out. Any suggestions on how to get it out, without taking the player apart? thanks for any help or suggestions |
here is one idea
turn the player upside down and hit eject....everything should function with the machine upside down....taking it apart will be more of a problem than you think.

I tried that and it wouldn't work, but thanks for the suggestion
I took it apart and it was a pain in the @$$ now hopefully it will work when I put it back together |
Did you get Hannibal previously viewed from BBV? I had a copy of Fast and the Furious that had a small amount of adhesive on the security sticker. The disk wouldn't come out. I figured it had something to do with the disk so I took it to BBV and they had it serviced.
Just an idea. |
yes i did get it from BBV and I thought that was the problem
I got the DVD player put back together and it works fine, thank god1 in the process Hannibal got scratched really bad, and I don't think it will play, now my question is since it has been less than 30 days should I be able to take this to BBV and get a new one? |

I wish you the best on getting them to give you anything. I think that the best you could hope for is to get a new disk.
I was told that if they identified that the "stuck" DVD wasn't theirs then they would charge me for everything. The impression that I got was that had the movie not still be in the player they wouldn't have done anything. After that PVT incident, I have now begun taking a Kleenex to the top of the DVD in the store and if any part of it sticks, I ask for a different one. Good luck, The Narrator. Just remember, the worst they can say is no. |
