Panasonic HDTV set-top box

I looked and could not find any review info on the Panasonic TU-HDS20 HDTV Digital Receiver. Anyone know anything about it good or bad? I know it has a built-in Directv receiver which I need.

There's a really long thread at AVS forum on this STB here. Seems that some people are concerned about fan noise and tuning time.
