Where to purchase Phillips Priority Service Program ?

I have heard that the Philips Priority Service Program (extended warranty) is a good plan that is not too expensive. I would like to purchase this protection for my Sony RPTV.

Does anyone know of any online or B&M retailers that sell this plan even if you purchased the product elsewhere?
