panasonic dvd-rv31
 

i recently purchased a panasonic dvd-rv31 and ran it through my sony vcr to my (old) tv (with coaxial ins). i get a distorted image and have heard this is caused by a security measure in sony vcrs to prevent dvd copying. any ideas on how i can watch dvds without this distortion? i want to keep my tv and vcr. looking for a way around this problem that is cost efficient. coverters from coaxial to rca, etc, etc.???

Buy an RF modulator at Radio Shack.
Then hook your DVD player directly into your TV.
