What DVD player to match with an RCA p52929 projection tv w/ s-video in

What DVD player to match with an RCA p52929 projection tv w/ s-video in
Hello,
Well I am doing some research on behalf of a friend, he currently has an rca p52929 projection tv (composite in and s-video in, NO component in) and for the holidays hes going to treat himself to a dvd player.
My question is, what DVD player should he get? One with s-video capabilities as a maximum would be all he really needs, as he does not plan on changing tv sets anytime soon.
He doesn't really mind what features are available (VCD playback, mp3 playback and others) beyond the standard experience-enhancing ones.
Unfortunately he's also on a budget, preferably he'd like to pay under 200$ US (Yes, i know this restricts options, keep in mind he doesn't need progressive scan or even component outs).
At the moment after a little looking around i've found the RCA RC5240 player to be an option, it only costs 152$ US, locally. Any other suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!
