help me with Dish 500 remote control

I lost my manual and need of remote control codes for Panasonic TV and VCR. Also, is there a website that posts manuals for the dish 500?

Here's what my manual says:

TV: 1003, 1054, 1062, 1170

VCR: 2021, 2022, 2109, 2125, 2126, 2127
