Toshiba 43H70 43" HDTV-Compat. Projection TV

Tell me about it! The good, the bad... everything. I can get it for a great price, it fits perfectly in the room I need a large TV for, and it seems great to a novice like me. So tell me what you think!

i don't have one personally but i have heard some good things about toshiba RPTV's. so much so in fact that i am looking at buying either a 50" or 57" for myself. a site that i would reccommend for some info is www.hometheaterspot.com. they have many separate forums for each brand which is really informative.

I've got the Toshiba 55H70, and love it.. However, be aware that the H71 series is out now, whic has some improvements, the biggest being anamorphic DVD support ("the squeeze"). Sort of important, in order to get the best quality out of those DVDs. But if you can live without it (I am, and it's not a huge deal to me, but I sort of wish I waited the extra 3 months for the H71), then go for it.

$1825, and that included in-house delivery. This was back in July, when the H70 series was current, so I'm sure prices have come down somewhat since then.. What did you pay for yours?
