Apex 600a or 660: your advice on which to get?

Apex 600a or 660: your advice on which to get?
Hi:
I plan on picking up an Apex region free DVD player, and I've been scouring the web for info all weekend.
I've found both the 600A and the 660 with the recent chip upgrades, but am not sure which to buy. The 600A is a tad more expensive (~$150) than the 660 (~$130).
I'd appreciate any advice or input on these two players. Or if you favor a different player for R2 viewing, I'd like to hear the details on that as well.

PS: Funny thing is, I remember reading about these players when they first came out and seeing them in the stores, but figured I'd never have a real need for a region free player....
