DVD player with best 480i picture?
 

I'm thinking about replacing my 300+1 disc pioneer changer (F727) with a single tray unit.

My TV is a sony vvega 32" fv26 model. It has component input and does anamorphic squeeze but does not accept a 480p signal.

I am looking for a unit that will provide my setup with the best possible picture as well as have coax digital output.

The panasonic rp91 looks like a nice unit but would it be a bit of a waste since I cannot display a progressive signal?

For a price range I'd like not to exceed $450.
