How do I make an Apex Ad-600a Region Free?

Hey folks. I have an APEX AD-600A dvd player and heard that it can be hacked to make it a region free dvdplayer. Can anybody help me out with intructions on how to do so or provide me with a link to do so? Thank you and I appreciate it.

You could start here: http://www.nerd-out.com/forum/list.php?f=1

There are a lot of posts and I don't know how recently this has been covered so you should do a search. You will also need to know the manufacture date and/or chipset of your Apex.

Yup.

That "*" next to his title means that he is a forum moderator with administrative powers. Thus his ability to change his title from moderator to "modulator" or anything else. Same with his registration date.

That kind of hijinks is usually reserved for the Other Forum, but the containment systems we have in place aren't fail-safe.

Anyhow, since all of this thread's questions have been answered, I'm closing it.

Thanks for your understanding.
