Just did my part to help boost the economy! PT-47wx49 :)

Well, after many, many months of thinking about it I finally broke down and bought a PT-47wx49 from Sears with the internet price match of course

I was quite surprised and pleased that Sears offers a PM program with their exxtended warrenty so they'll be coming out to calibrate the system as well. I'll be picking it up next Wednesday.

With which internet site did you pricematch? Any troubles with the salesperson at Sears pricematching to a website?

I went to yahoo shopping and printed the two lowest prices. The guy that did the price match was quite nice and although he couldn't get through on the phone to the palce with the lowest overall price he still gave me that price. The sales guy seemed to have done quite a few price matches.

There is a free dvd player with a RP purchase and I tried to get him to knock the price of that player off of a nicer progressive scan player, but he couldn't get it to ring up. He offerd to let me buy the player and then price match it by phone later and he'd adjust my card but I opted out on that offer.
